I have a passion for food and for good health. It is my goal to become as well-rounded in both Culinary Arts and Nutrition as anyone can, this will result in my being the best Registered Dietian out there. I have been vegan since June 2012 and strive to teach others about this healtier way of eating. I have been attending Cypress College since June 2010 and I work full-time at Healthy Junk in Anaheim. I love life, my family, photography, and of course food. While I am working in the vegan restaurant industry, I also enjoy cooking privately for friends, family and anyone else who would love to try some authentic, homestyle vegan faire.
